  1. It would be helpful if you can hide the journals so that it doesn't show on customer facing reports as it looks messy. It would be great if this could be configured via user - so only certain users can delete. MYOB and Vision both have this functionality.

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. User Voice suggestions are constantly reviewed and used when revising our product roadmap.

    We believe that transparent financial records are essential, and consequently the ability to hide transactions and/or journals will not be added to our development backlog.

    Don’t forget the Income & Expense and Balance Sheet Reports provide a summary of each account, without the detailed transactions.

  2. Is there a function that lets you edit a levy already posted to include GST so that levies already posted can be altered without having to cancel existing levies?

    Strata Master integration with File Smart allows you to email documents from the system by using Outlook.

  4. The ability to use the OC diary in office but OC do not see the entry if printed out. I.e. set a task for a staff member to follow up on and report back and reallocate to the specific person to handle the issue. Reminders to still be available but maybe a radio button selection so only the in house office staff can see these comments?

  5. I use Stratamaster - I recently purchased a new screen ASUS brand, with great screen quality it offers a resolution of 3840 x 2160 BUT Stratamaster isn't compatible! Every time I want to, for example print invoices, I have to go into settings and change back to 1920 x 1080. So inefficent.
    Please make SM be able to be compatible with these new screens.
    ( NB - I have already run your help desk - and confirmed this is the case).

    We appreciate your input. User Voice suggestions are constantly reviewed and used when revising our product roadmap.

    Given the complexity of the Strata Master desktop solution, this suggestion cannot be considered at this time.

    However, for Strata Master Cloud, screen compatibility will not present any issues.

  7. Ability to select who in the office gets notifications for upgrades. I have staff receiving them before I do and upgrades are not in their authorisation or something they can even action.
    Same applies to training notifications

  9. It would be great to have a link on the corporation under the image where we could access the strata plan, management statement and other related lodged documents such as additional by-laws.

  11. Ability to resize/maximize any window within SM. For example, in the meeting wizard, there can be alot of text within a motion, so the ability to view the full page without having to use the scroll bar. The only window that can be expanded at this stage is the Quick Reports window

Sub-meter invoices & Owner Statements: When issuing/processing individual/multiple Sub-meter invoices & Owner Statements via the Levy wizard I want SM to exclude the Lots with zero balances ie; tick option a tick option in the Levy screen ie; 'exclude Lots with zero balances' would suffice giving the users control.

  15. It would be helpful if levies could indicate an amount before and after discount. Owners do not know how to calculate total amounts without the discount. It would be convenient when the levies indicate this on the payment slip.

  16. The 'notes' tab on the building card is too small. We use this to record a snap shot of the building, with lots of useful information that a Strata Manager can see at just a glance. It is also helpful because on the STRATA Master app you can see the details in the note tab. This is great for our after hours team members to see important information. However the notes section needs to be larger so you don't have to scroll through so much information; or just a separate tab on the building card called 'notes' would be even…

  18. When trying to issue quotes to creditors who are marked as non-compliant in SM, enable SM to have override access for high level users. This will allow users to not have to go and change the status of the creditor, send the quote and then have to change the status back. Would also reduce the chances of forgetting to change the compliance status back to its original status.

  20. We have contingency, cheque, LTMF, Capital. Each year at 31st March (their EOFY) and we need to provide a report with a balance on these funds and they must be on the one page. At the moment we spend a day extracting data into an excel spread sheet, readjusting and then putting into a word doc.
