Diary Entries - ability to hide certain entries from diary reporting
The ability to use the OC diary in office but OC do not see the entry if printed out. I.e. set a task for a staff member to follow up on and report back and reallocate to the specific person to handle the issue. Reminders to still be available but maybe a radio button selection so only the in house office staff can see these comments?
