Hide cancelled transactions or journals

It would be helpful if you can hide the journals so that it doesn't show on customer facing reports as it looks messy. It would be great if this could be configured via user - so only certain users can delete. MYOB and Vision both have this functionality.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. User Voice suggestions are constantly reviewed and used when revising our product roadmap.

We believe that transparent financial records are essential, and consequently the ability to hide transactions and/or journals will not be added to our development backlog.

Don’t forget the Income & Expense and Balance Sheet Reports provide a summary of each account, without the detailed transactions.

    I was expecting this reply from Rockend, reluctance and inability to embrace chance.
    This is a basic functionality in any accounting software and available in every other starta management software ie Proprty IQ, MyStrata

    I agree, as you could do this in Urbanise/MyStrata.

    Also, can you please add the functionality to edit journals, add journals with several entries and delete erroneous journals. All other Strata Management oftware have this functionality
