Exclusion of contact for advertising purposes
Could a feature please be added to allow a 'check box' of sorts, so that we can record owners who do not wish to receive 'marketing' communications from our agency - such as newsletters and new marketing opportunities from other departments within our organisation (sales, rentals etc). At present, I have to export the lot owners contact details to Excel, manually delete the known clients, and then issue a bulk email. Portal ap can't be used
There are a number of options that would work for the client:
1. The web access number can be changed
2. The web access number is only required to be entered the first time, but it doesn’t ask for this for every subsequent time (only for the password as per many banking institutions)
3. The web access number is the nominated e-mail addressIf the web access number is required to be entered every time, and it isn’t the clients e-mail address, and it can’t be changed, this is completely unworkable for the client, and won’t work as an ap…

Online Voting for Committee VOC
Currently StrataMaster allows for General Meetings to be conducted with online electronic voting.
In QLD we have Vote Outside Committee (VOC or flying) meetings whereby the committee cast their vote Yes / No / Abstain on a prepared resolution and not in a face to face meeting. They essentially receive a voting paper to cast their vote.
It would seem an easy modification to replicate the general meeting script, but call it Committee Meeting to allow this unique function to work. Committee members would prefer to simply tick a button than the old way of print, sign, scan back to…

Ability to credit both admin & sinking fund levies from 1 revenue code
Currently, when an owner receives a credit against their levies; which might be for common gardening; if their levy for Admin is $200 and Sinking is $50 and the total is credited from <Maint Grounds--Grounds Maintenance-Admin> is $250 only $200 is being credited toward the Admin levy because is doesn't allow the payment to break over to the sinking fund. This leaves the sinking fund outstanding and crediting a portion of the Admin levy which isnt due for at least another 3 months

parent/sub accounts
Where parent/sub accounts have been setup, and you are producing the income & expenditure report ticked to include sub accounts, could the income & expenditure report also include the parent account heading for all accounts connected to that parent account.

Diary Time Charge Invoicing
The ability for an invoice to be produced with the monthly management fees of any time activity charged in the diary with a detailed description so clients know what "Additional Services" are being charged instead of just having a line item on the Agency Tax Invoices.

Invoice Number Character Length
Currently there is only space for 15 x characters for an invoice number. Can this be increased as we receive some invoices that have over 15 characters in their invoice number.

Export to csv
When exporting to .csv the Strata Roll information from Formatted Reports it left aligned; Please rewrite the Export functionality to csv to improve formatting issues like the one above.

reminder filter by action
It would be great to be able to have staff have the ability to filter reminders by their name i.e. who is to action the work. Currently the reminders only bring through the manager and that manager might have 3 or 4 assistants that action work

Debt Recovery
It would be beneficial to have another date input in the 'enter other options and details' that allows you to backdate or forward date the due date that is reflected on the debt recovery notice, not related to the 'calculate interest to' date.

Additional permissions on corporation screen
Include additional permission options in the corporation screen to restrict admin staff from making sensitive changes to the various fields in the corporation screen while still giving them permission to make changes to the notes tab.

Make Online Voting available for Committee Meetings
Whilst online voting is activated for general meetings, can we open it up to include Vote Outside Committee (VOC) meetings as these are frequent and common in QLD. It's essentially a voting paper that is just sent to the committee members to vote.
Whilst we can manipulate Strata Master to use a general meeting template, we need it to appear on the portal under committee meetings (and be identified as such)
