Ability to stamp 'invoiced' against owner statements for invoices created for tenants
A way to show the tenant has been invoiced for the water usage (invoice).
We require a note showing either on the owner’s statement itself or the Filesmart Invoice copy that the tenant has been invoiced say for Water Usage at the time she is processing the invoices so that she does not have to send a separate email to owners advising them that a tenant invoice has been created.
