  1. Notes regarding owner responsible for payment of invoices to show or a check box in workflow so it can be seen - instead of having to check REST for notes. Saves time and errors if we accidentally pay an invoice when owner prefers to pay direct.

  2. When using Clearing Statements REST should automatically HOLD the unclear portion of funds and release the clear funds from the owner without having to set a manual hold. On direct Debit this is not an ideal option and causes questions with owners.

  3. There is new legislation which allows the agent to server notices (eg. Termination, rent increases etc.) via email to the tenants. (In the past they have had to be posted.) Perhaps a tickbox or something similar on the tenant card to quickly show if that particular tenant has opted to receive email notices or not.

  4. Set up a Wizard for paying Creditors ONLY.
    The Mid Month wizard could be used (with the Owner payments removed). This would then prompt the user to upload BPAY & EFT files, Backup at appropriate times & be a clear & concise foolproof method.

  5. Currently REST Sales doesn't have an option to pay the solicitor via Bpay, currently it is EFT or Cheque. Please add Bpay as an option.

  6. I would like REST to open the email when resending invoices so I can write to the tenant or copy the invoice to another email. currently rest automatically sends the email .

  7. The requirement from the tenancy act is that all consumption accounts (water, electricity and gas etc) have the meter readings, the charge per metered unit and if not metered the method of calculated consumption.
    This has been done for water but you can't use this for gas or electricity. It also doesn't have a spot to specify the cost per metered unit which would be a good field so I don't need to use the description to write it.

  8. I have to print the Tenancy schedules several times a year, would be great to select all properties with a page break in-between.

  11. For REST sales why is there no reporting? You enter all the details in with regards to the listing and selling agent but you cannot print any kind of report about commission etc. There should be a listing report. You can add all the photos, description etc on the advert tab but it cannot be utilised as a current listing report.

  12. Track all Changes to Alpha Codes
    A report is generated for 'sensitive' changes - can changes to alpha codes be added to this sensitive change report - so you can track who is making changes to these codes as it is important to ensure that they are not changed

  14. Currently with invoices using the Strata Pay payment method, REST cannot allow more that one creditor with the same biller ID.
    This means that only one strata manager invoices will be barcode scanned - and all other strata invoices are done manually.
    Please allow for REST to enable creditors using Strata Pay have the same biller ID - so that all strata invoices with Strata Pay can be barcoded and scanned into file smart

  15. REST & PT does not give the ability to show the payment instructions, nor for a global comment.

    There needs to be an option for a remittance or a global comment at least.

    This is the vendor invoice where funds are required to be paid, therefore the vendor would need to know where to make the payments to.

  16. Property managers change so frequently and they have to research so much. Let's make life easy and just add a tick box to show there are pets at the property or its fully furnished. We then easily know what to look for at inspections.

  18. REPORT FOR NEW TENANT PAYMENT DATES
    If a report can be configured to show new tenants in particular when the rent payments are due and the period of rent that it applies to. this to be given at time of signing up a tenant. Then they have no excuse to dispute when their rent was due . Maria

  20. At the moment, for the REST to ADL Forms merge for the Management Agency Agreement, the merge must be performed with the Tenant card, can this be updated so that the merge can happen with the Property card instead, as some properties don't have any tenants.

    Also, many merge fields aren't merging over, eg. management fees, letting fees etc.
