Option for preferred communication for tenants
There is new legislation which allows the agent to server notices (eg. Termination, rent increases etc.) via email to the tenants. (In the past they have had to be posted.) Perhaps a tickbox or something similar on the tenant card to quickly show if that particular tenant has opted to receive email notices or not.
