    Yes would love this as want to use the % fee for Lease Renewals but find it useless as if a new lease is signed, the fee is charged before it commences and doesn't take into account any rent increases the new lease has in place.

    Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.
