    With various Mail Merges set up, the list can get quite long. There should be a way to categorise Mail Merges, or have filters so you can search for the topic/issue the Mail Merge relates to, e.g. tenant vacating, break lease process, shortlist candidates for properties etc, all of which have a number of Mail Merges set up for owners and tenants.

    Having categories / filters would reduce the need to scroll and search when looking for specific Mail Merges.
