    STRATA Master does not have the ability to just print a levy notice for one particular levy. For example - a special levy is due in the same month as the standard levy - if the owner wants an invoice just for the special levy, you can't give it to them as SM prints all levies due that month.

    It is really annoying in STRATA Master when you enter a new insurance policy and it deletes all the policy information from the bottom section. It is so time consuming to re-enter everything again rather than just editing

    Ability to record the same insurer with same policy number to give a history of previous insurance updates and coverage details on a yearly basis, also with a claims history.

    Insurance improvements: *ability to record the same insurer with same policy number to give a history of previous insurance updates and coverage details on a yearly basis, also with a claims history. *currently cannot save the same policy number as needs to be unique and this should be changed to allow. *also, when creating a new insurance record to add an ability to bring the same coverage details across which can then be edited as required. *Insurance Report does not report retropective to a date period but records the current insurance details. *if the current insurer is edited with open claims will change the history and applies the new insurer to these open claims. Should have an option with warning not to do this.

    When updating Insurance details, STRATA master does not allow duplicate entries with the same insurance policy number. It would be useful to have historic information easily accessible in the insurance tab, to allow us to keep an eye on premiums etc.

    Document Register 1. as files accumulate, wanting a file transfer function that allows them to move saved files in the document register dating back 3,4,5+ years to another drive location. Allows them to free up space on the existing drive and also when loading the document register it will not take as long 2. Ability to delete files in bulk the Document Register. When trying to delete file in the document register, there is no option to delete in bulk, you can only delete one by one even though SM allows you to select multiple files, when executing the delete button, SM will only delete the very last file in the selection

    Would like to be able to create a budget month by month rather than annually. eg. Enter the expenditure for an item in a particular month - budget for insurance in October when it is due rather than spreading it over the 12 months.

    Would like to see available a list of merge fields from REST Professional Commercial Tenant Rent incl GST amount. Currently only has ability for RentAmount1 which relates to Excluding GST Rent amounts.

    When doing an email mail merge run, Owner_email merge field only picks up any emails in the "Email address" field on the lot owner card. Any email that is added to Additional Contacts section of lot owner card with "C" ticked, should be able to have these email addresses included as well - maybe add another merge field to include the email addresses in Additional Contacts section that have "C" ticked

    When printing out any type of correspondence addressed to an owner whether it be levy notice, meeting agenda. Have an option to add multiple owners that own a lot and enable SM to print those owners details on the correspondence.
