Two sets of occupancy rate calculation are needed - net rent & gross rent
Current Lease Eagle got one set of occupancy cost calculation with net rent as default, and we can tick different costs to be included to support a gross rent occupancy calculation but we can't have both net and gross rent occupancy to compare. We need two sets of calculations to facilitate cost analysis

Have the ability to load two different rent review dates
Our commercial leases have two different rent review dates - CPI which is usually every year or bi-annually, and a Market Rent Review - which is often on renewal or may be every 3.5 eyars.
