Financial reports - view all Leases on future FY report, even if rent not set yet!

When running a report for our finance team for budgeting the next FY's rents we are finding leases missing in the following case:

• option has been exercised (with market rent review due in the upcoming FY - in this case September 2025, but actual rent amount hasn't been set yet)

• new lease has been created in ProLease with new lease commencement/expiry dates that would fall in that future FY (in this case September 2025)

• no figure set in Charges for that lease

Currently that lease does not appear on the results. It would be great if that new lease still appeared in the report with either "$0" for each month, or the previous/current monthly rent appearing in the report, rather than it just disappearing off the report.

A lot of manual work is involved which could be avoided if either of the above options could be implemented.
