1. Contractor Management App

   It would be good if a mobile app was developed that would allow employees to view who is on-site. Currently, this functionality is only available through the desktop version and is not practical for mobile-based users or for checking while on a job site.

   Another purpose for this would be during an evacuation, wardens can open the app and check the number of contractors/visitors signed in at the time of the evacuation.

We recently released a new feature for OnLocation Mobile called 'On-Site Insights' which allows Employees with the Sign in/Out Manager and/or Reports User roles to view a list of who is currently on-site. 2. QR Code Poster for Induction "Kiosk"

   Create a QR Code Poster for an Induction Kiosk - when a contractor attends site & their induction needs to be completed they can scan the QR Code poster & complete their induction without the need of the induction being manually sent via email or sms

3. Customisable 4th Guest Group

   Having a 4th guest option for sign in beyond Visitor, Contractor or Employee - this group should be customisable & can be set up to receive visitors or be pre-registered, or pre-register visitors or have a profile.
   There should also be the ability to have a separate sign in workflow for this group
   This would allow for the option of a Student user group, or Tenant user group, or Patient user group, or Members as at gym club, Volunteers, etc that are different to the traditional Guest types

4. Location to be included as a column via the Certification report

   The ability to include 'location' as a column so that when they export the report, they can see the location the person is from 😊

   Thanks for your interest.

   'Location' is now available as a column in the induction and certification reports. In order to view the location column, the audience/course learners filter must be set to 'Employees', as Contractors do not have a direct equivalent to 'location'.
