  1. Unlike other search options in Greentree where it is not case sensitive (or there is an option to choose Exact to make it case sensitive), if you are applying Selection Criteria to a table on a record all options are case sensitive.

    Make a change system wide so that all Selection Criteria searches are not case sensitive.

  2. More tenants are lodging their bonds online. Would like an automatic process to create the AR Credit Note to increase the Bond Lodged on the tenancy record when creating a new tenancy.

  4. When moving a tenant into a property we should be using the primary contact as the contact that is stored against the property. We are currently just picking up the first contact in code order.

  6. Process the vacate of the existing tenant including populating the vacate date, and key return date, on transfer of the tenant record. It should also be possible to define default CRM Org Tree values for the vacated tenant record. This process will be triggered at the time of Tenant Transfer Application becoming a Tenant.

  8. When creating a new List, default the flag setting for isIgnoreNoCallRoster and isIgnoreNoMail to false by default.

    Currently, when a user creates a new List these values are True, unless the user manually unticks them. This should be reversed, where they should be False unless a user ticks them.

  9. Currently, the only link is using the existing "Has Parent Account" on an AR Customer.

    However, where this then causes problems is for Transferred Tenants - where both the Rent and Non-Rent Customers are moved to be children of the current Rent Account. It creates difficulty on the Rent Statements.

    Solution is to create a Housing link between the Rent and Non-Rent Customers - this link wouldn't change when tenants transfer. Clients can then update their Rent Statements to utilise this link to bring in Child Accounts if they want to display full tenancy history. Or leave their Statements as…

  10. Enhancement to QIF File Import Type to allow clients to include Org Codes in lookup. Option is only available where File Processor is QIF.

    This is unticked by default. If ticked/enabled, will use the following logic:

    Check to see if match is found based on Org Code; if no match, then
    Check to see if match is found based on “a Receipt Ref” UDF (not case sensitive); if no match, then
    Check to see if match is found based on “a Receipt Ref 2” UDF (not case sensitive); if no match, then

  11. f you go into a Finalised Rent Review and relaunch the Calculator, the Excel Workbook that is opened is the original calculation workbook. If you make a change to that workbook and save, it commits that change to that workbook.
