Currently, the only link is using the existing "Has Parent Account" on an AR Customer.

However, where this then causes problems is for Transferred Tenants - where both the Rent and Non-Rent Customers are moved to be children of the current Rent Account. It creates difficulty on the Rent Statements.

Solution is to create a Housing link between the Rent and Non-Rent Customers - this link wouldn't change when tenants transfer. Clients can then update their Rent Statements to utilise this link to bring in Child Accounts if they want to display full tenancy history. Or leave their Statements as they are if they do not have any issue with it currently.
