  1. It would be great if Business Insights could generate reports for Sales statistics too; e.g. property type, commission, marketing fees, sale price.

  2. Reports on Vacates for the Month/Year to show metrics. To be able to create this report in BI select archived tenants. This will show busiest months

Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.

  5. Holiday Accommodation Revenue Forecasting - to be able to report on future tenant invoice fees to predict future profit.

  6. Include archived tenant vacancies in vacancy report to see historic data when required.

    IE. You want to know how many vacancies had in a block of 100 apartments within a 3 month period. - Currently cannot see this as report only shows active tenancies with a vacate date.

  8. Monthly Revenue Pie Graph - colour for each commission or fee to stay the same for each month. The categories change colour each month.

  9. It would great if a report can be generated with just the TOTAL amount of fees charged for a particular period, by breakdown of each property.

  10. It would be ideal if Business Insights could provide an Average fee amounts in $. for a selected period as part of their Fees reporting. eg Average Letting Fee by $

  11. It would be extremely beneficial when exporting the data from the Rent Review section in BI to have the Portfolio Manager as a separate column in this report.
