  1. Ability to add more fields to drop down boxes on reports

    When creating reports can we add more fields to the drop down box
    eg: phone numbers to a Management Authority Overview.

  2. New Suggetion - Reports in Excel Format

    Just a suggestion.. will you be able to update the PT in a such way as to get the reports in excel. It'll make our life easy to do many analyses in our company.

    The Property and Tenancy reports can be exported to an excel format, however trust accounting reports open into a PDF. Business Insights reporting can be customised and then exported to excel which is great for this request also

  3. When searching for an owner, see what properties they manage in the list

    When searching for an owner you cannot see what properties they manage. Would be good to have this linked so when you search for the owner their properties also appear. When have the same owner entered more than once cannot tell which is which

  4. Accumulative Revenue Report - 12 month period of Financial Year

    It would be great if PT could produce an accumulative 12 month revenue report - currently you can only produce a monthly statistics report. You can export it from Business Insights but for some purposes this is not suitable. Thanks

  5. Increase font size on batch payment reports

    Hi can you please increase the size of the font on batch payment printouts. It has decreased in size since February update and is too small. Also I would prefer to have my lists printed in alphabetical order and not dollar amounts.

    Tenancy Overview, option to Print. Also to have tenant contact details on the report. Ability to send to all contacts not just main contact
