  1. Having just come over from REST, I am very surprised that the ability to amend an account code (once transaction has been processed in the system) is not available in Property Tree. We have had some account errors occur with migration so the fact that I cannot correct these as I could have in REST is far from ideal. This leaves no room for human error whatsover. Please look into this. Thank You!

  2. Have the tenant lease start and end date appear when doing a create tenancy invoice (currently does when oncharging from the creditor invoice or invoice genius). Also show if a vacate date is entered

  3. It would be extremely helpful to have the property address appear on a Owner Payment Batch List particularly when processing month end on a large rent roll.

  4. Set up an automatic release of extra funds once the held amount has been achieved, rather than having to manually check to see if held amount has been reached & then removing the hold.

  6. Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter

  7. Currently when a tenant overpays/part payment, we manually have to remove money and owners from pay run and disbursements, which is time consuming

    It would be great if there was an option that if an owner is paid 10th of each month, it only shows amount to disperse on 10th (not any additional funds, if overpaid)

  8. Once you've entered an invoice and approved it, keeping the last creditors name in the creditor field so when entered water rates, council rates, OC fees, etc. you don't have to keep entering the creditors name. If the creditor changes, then you can just enter the new creditor.

  9. It would be good if you could automatically set an amount to withhold from owner funds each month. This would allow sufficient funds to always be available to pay quarterly rates bills. We find at times that one months rent is not always enough to cover the rates levy.

  11. On screen transaction receipting is missing several columns available within the csv report including the transaction date (some banking platforms downloads have different dates for living weekend transactions) and the reason for the rejection.

  12. When submitting an invoice for payment, it is common for multiple maintenance jobs to be assigned to the same creditor. At present, however, we are only able to indicate one job as being complete. It would be highly advantageous if we could have the capability to mark multiple jobs as completed with the one invoice.

  14. We can view through the eye statements although it is not how they appear when being sent to an owner and too large to be able to check especially on a larger rent roll. Ability to send statements to agency like the Income and Expenditure Reports so we can accurately check statements prior to sending to the owners

  15. It would be helpful under the financials tab in the tenants under outstanding invoices to have another area where it shows all past invoices paid a lot easier to access then to pull a ledger report each time to find the past invoices when needed.

  17. You actually need to be able to cancel individual EFT payments to a creditor. Example. I have just processed creditor payments. One creditor had 5 individual invoices from 5 different owners. I have noticed an error on one of the payments But because property tree groups them all into one payment to the creditor I can't cancel just the one with the error . I need cancell all 5 and totaly stuff up the other 4 owner statements. How do you explain to an owner that your statement looks weird because there was an error on joe blogs statement so…

  18. When using a third-party tenant download which is receipted as with the payment method Payment Provider, there is no option when using the tenant download on screen receipting to change the payment method. These transactions have to be ignored and manually receipted.

  19. The auto prompt to delete the owner letting fee (which is raised when you create that tenancy) with respect to a withdrawn tenancy, should come up whether you are deleting OR archiving the tenant profile

  20. We need to be able to add more than one reference number for authorised creditors. Some properties have two strata levy notices (ie if a carspace or garage is on a separate lot) So that we can bulk pay those invoices we need to be able to save more than one reference number for an authorised creditor
