mail merge templates need to be more user friendly
Mail merge templates for emails need to be more user friendly. Currently if you want to add an image you need to copy from an image on the internet - you should be able to copy an image off your computer. You also cannot add things like editable tables to the mail merge. To be able to provide comprehensive data to landlords adding a table would be ideal. The mail merge templates should function more like a normal word document merge.

A separate section for documents and paid invoices to be saved - to avoid having to go through multiple pages to find documents

would be possible put the number first when the system generate auto receipt
when we do the tenant Download, the system generates receipt and email to the tenant, the file name start with ""Receipt6462"" would be possible change the digits to the front of the file name like ""6465Receipt""

Additional tab in ownership profile or ability to flag important documents/notes so they always appear at the top of the list
i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.7 votes -
Invoices Tab for Owner
Under owner have a tab INVOICES which shows all invoices paid or pending in one list - not having to look through statements or recent transactions

Lease document available on Lease & Rent Tab
It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

In the Owner – Statements tab, when you click on it, all the statements should appear, not just the latest one
There’s only one reason why we would click on that tab, so we shouldn’t have to click on the magnifying glass again to see more statements.

Management Agency Agreement - available in Ownership Tab
It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.
These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

Invoice genius a link to view work order
It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

Ability to print creditor invoices from entry screen
Be able to create creditor invoices in Property Tree that are able to be printed as separate documents.
Rates instalments will differ from an invoice for the rates for council when instalment options are being taken.4 votes -
Merge Field Suggestion: Original Lease Start Date
"Original Lease Start Date" NEEDS to be a mail merge field. There is no way to indicate how long the tenants have stayed at the property in the merge fields.

User Tag in Document Management
We need user ID added to documents added directly into Tenant/Property/Owner document management so we can Identify the staff who have added documents if follow up is required.
User ID is currently added to the notes section, so this seems a simple process of including this field into the document management section.

Storage limits for documents
Can the storage limit please be increased as it is not large enough to save an entry report in the renters document section or any document section for that matter. We are resulting to saving them on Google Drive..

Preview documents in the document tab
It would be very useful to be able to see each page in preview form of the documents uploaded into the property/owner/tenant card so we do not have to download each document to view it.

In the "create invoice" section, add a section for a purchase order number and the facility to add a company address.
In the tenant card "create invoice" section, could you please add a section for a purchase order number and the facility to add a company address (different from the rental address). We have a lot of companies that require their head office address and their purchase order number on all invoices.

Owner invoices sent to owner even though not paid in PT
Can PT include documents marked as Owner Invoice when not being paid. For example we receive copies of water/council/strata when they are direct debited from the owner, but not included with the owner statements. Then when the owner is doing their tax the accountants want copies of the invoices. We then have to download and save them, then email them.
The other option is to be able to select the invoices we want to send and be able to email them direct to the owner like we can do from File Smart

audit check on saving documents
Have an audit report for checking documents uploaded and saved in Property Tree to help confirm that online documents have been saved in the documents management section; I have been told I have to go to each property to check if the documents have been saved; a report will be more time efficient.

Section to add manuals for the property
Somewhere to put manuals for the property for easy access and able to add and delete manuals. So they don't get lost in document management

Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.
