BPay Option for Sales Conveyancers
We have a Conveyancer who you can only send funds to prior to Settlement via BPAY. On the financial details screen you can only select Cheque or EFT as a payment method. Property Tree support told me to select cheque option and create payment in the sales trust. Our auditors will not be overly happy with this - please include BPAY as a payment option.

BPAY Details
Ability to give Vendors and Purchasers a BPAY ID as it appears Vendors ID numbers can be changed. This avoids having to give out trust account details and helps protect parties from emails being hacked and account details being altered.

Date of Funds Received not correctly reflected in receipts recreated from allocation from Unknown Funds
Date of funds received currently defaulted to the system date for receipts generated under allocation from Unknown Funds . The field should be left open for input for the actual date that the funds was received.

Sales journals
When paying out vendor payments to agency to cover shortfall on commissions payable there should be an option when paying out multiple sales that it operates like a vendor clearing account. This way you have a bulk total which is better than doing multiple journals to and from each property making it messy. As 5% sales are not uncommon this should be a option when paying out a vendor with a large number of properties.

Pay Settlement Agents by BPay
It would be good to have the option to pay Settlement Agents via BPay. The only options currently available for making 'deposit less commission' payments is EFT or cheque.

Add same buyer ID to purchase
Being able to add the same buyer with the same ID to purchases. Say someone buyers multiple units it should be able to be under the same Buyer ID and not just the contact details.

Add a Sales Deposit 'Account Summary' to the Financial Tab of a sales Profile
Currently if you go to Sales > Financials tab, there is an Account summary for the Marketing and Sundries monies but there is not an account summary for Sales Deposit balances.
Can we please consider adding an Account Summary for the Sales Deposit balance which would be helpful and also consistent with Owner Balances (for PM) and Marketing and Sundries (for Sales) in Property Tree
