  4. When users are added to a 'team', it allows them to manage various things for each other. (sms, email, existing tasks, categories)
    It, however, does not allow for a user to see another user's lists (task templates, contact/property saved filters)
    This will need to be manually created if you'd like to see them on your own end.

    We would like saved filters and task templates added to Staff Sharing permissions

    I would like Auto Alerts for Staff Personal Details
    So that I can keep track of my staff's milestones

    Example:
    Category = Staff
    Trigger = Birthday Date Reached
    Action = Send Email
    Subject = [Staff Name]'s birthday is this week
    Message = Send them a card, their birthday is on [DOB]
    When = 7 days before

    DOB pulls from Staff Personal Details

  9. As a buyer's advocate user, it would be great if there was a way to record a Purchased transaction journey, rather than just the Sell journey. Instead of loading in listings for sale, we would be loading properties to potentially buy that meet our client’s briefs & also to communicate easily to our agent database.

    At the moment Box+Dice seems built for agents listing & selling. We need to be able to track off-market opportunities & properties online & ultimately enter in our client's purchases once bought & have these shown as “PURCHASED” not “SOLD”.

As a Media Vendor Integration user with Realhub I would like to receive meaningful error messages which articulate the issue (eg missing mobile number) and allow me to self-soothe when the Realhub sync fails so that I don't have to waste my time - and Box+Dice Support's - asking why the sync is failing. Support please vote this one up!!! :)

One of the agents within our office has asked, if the same buyer attends multiple inspections at the one property is there a way to only send the automated SMS at the time they attend the first inspection only and have the SMS turned off if they attend multiple inspections after the first one at the same property?

  13. It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
    For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.

    Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.

  15. When viewing the detail of a buyer in the Buyer Leads screen, I want to copy-paste their email address or mobile from this screen to somewhere else. (For example into Outlook)

    However those two lines on this screen cannot be interacted with like virtually all the other text on the screen can. You can neither highlight it nor right-click and copy.

  16. So that these can be entered accurately and quickly, they enter these as advertising campaign templates, which need to describe both the contents and the office. The advice that the current limit of 30 characters makes this very difficult, and the resulting names hard to understand.

    Suppliers and Items can both have very long names (>60 characters)

  18. Can we please have an option to be able to enter building/project details that are applied across all properties are linked to a building?

    For example:

    • Body Corp Details/Manager
    • Amenities
    • # of apartments
    • Known issues
    • Year built
    • # of storeys
    • Car park style/entrance instructions (e.g. stacker or need swipe to enter)
    • Title details (e.g. apartments and car parks/storage on same title or not and also if parking is under a lease arrangement, company title etc etc)

  19. As a marketing or database manager, our agents must seek approval when sending a blast email to a larger group of contacts, to ensure they are sending appropriate messaging to the right recipients, and not accidentally spamming our entire database.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to view what contact filtering the agent used while I am viewing the pending blast email, so that I can easily identify whether they have done so correctly. Just knowing the total number of recipients will only help me so much.
