Buyer Reports - Agent App
I would like to see all the Buyer reports in the desktop CRM available in the Agent App. Our agency prefers the older, more simple Buyer Reports, and it is time-wasting to have to send them from the desktop when they could be sent from the App

Edit a buyer note on the agent app
It would be great to have the ability to quickly edit a buyer note via the agent app. Sometimes at OFI's when making notes, agents can make little typos, it would be great to edit these on the go instead of waiting to get in front of a laptop or desktop.
4 votesHi Supporters
You can now edit and delete property/listing notes, buyer notes, and contact notes.

After calling, show caller's name on Log Feedback screen of the mobile app
When you call someone from the app and end the call, the Log Feedback page shows to add notes to the caller's contact page.
The issue is that when juggling multiple calls at once, it difficult to determine which caller the Log feedback page relates to.
It would therefore help if the contact name could appear on the Log feedback screen automatically after the call, to be sure who it relates to.

An inspection attendee without an interest level defined won't show when filtering leads 'By Inspections' on the mobile app.
When using the mobile app, any contact or web lead who is checked in during an inspection should show in the buyer leads list when using the 'By Inspection’ filter. Yet the list only shows buyer leads with a qualified interest level.
A checked-in contact (or web lead) may not be qualified until days after the inspection, and by then there is no way to identify them easily on the mobile app, unless their interest is qualified during or immediately after the inspection they attended.
The ‘Web Leads’ filter will show each web lead, and the no. of Inspections they've…

viewing attachments on the Agent App
This request is about making documents that are on the Desktop to be made visible on the Mobile App. Agents need to be able to refer to documents such as the Contract of Sale so they can answer buyer questions such as body corp fees, council rates, lease agreements, sale authority etc..
At present, this can only be done by logging onto the main website via a desktop PC or internet browser - not ideal when standing at an Open Inspection or 'on the go'.7 votesHi Supporters

Auto SMS To Buyer Once Checked into Property (From B+D App)
Is there a way we can set up an auto text to a buyer when they are checked into our property through the B+D app?
E.g. SMS

Should you require further details, please contact (Agent Name + number).1 vote -
Agent App unable to create contact when adding contact via relationship
In the UI, when adding a relationship to an existing contact, the new contact does not exist, you are given the option to create the new contact. In the Agent App, when adding a relationship to an existing contact, the new contact does not exist, it says :warning:This field is required

Show Land size and search price on the property screen in the app
When you find a property on the App. you can see the address, display price (normally says Private Sale or Auction info). beds, baths, car icons and OFI times.
We request that the land size and the search price also be shown on the property listing. That way the agents can discuss these features with prospective buyers.

Ability to customise the 'Send Contract' via App email content
We wish to use a customised email body when sending contracts through the mobile app. For example we have a standard disclaimer wording we wish to include, or to make it more in uniform with our branding.
We are aware of this being possible through individual emails and attachments, however this proves to be very tedious when at inspections.

Allow agents who are not a listing consultant to email from Buyer Leads on Agent App
A user who is not a listing agent of the listing cannot email any buyers from the buyer register of the Agent App. This makes it quite inconvenient if - say - they help out at another's open.
Could we please have a configurable option made available that enables an office to choose if consultants should be able to email Buyers on the Buyer Register of a Listing via the app? Numerous agents have made mention of the fact that it makes it difficult to send contracts to clients via the app when they are not listed as one of…

Ability to send Section 32 and other files via the app
We would like the ability to send Section 32's - Vendor Statements similar to the way that you can send Contracts in the app. One click solution for agents.
Use Case:
Being more rural agents our time on market is traditionally longer & as such our clients do not necessarily always have Contracts prepared when listing. But, we always have the Section 32's available to purchasers. Unfortunately the wording of the email associated with this "Send Contract" button is naturally tailored to sending a contract. If we had the ability to send a Sec 32 or alternatively change the subject…

As a user of the App I would like to see a section for Web Leads in the Buyer List
Currently on the Box+Dice App, on the Buyer Leads (buyer register) tab, you will only see the buyers who have a status of In, Maybe, or Out.
Web Leads (added via the Lead Capture tool) do not yet have an interest level so they are not visible. Please add a Web Leads tab as currently exists in the web app, so agents can work with all buyer enquiries.
3 votesDear Supporters
If you have Lead Capture enabled, Web Leads (from Realestate.com.au and Domain) will now display in the App, allowing you to validate them by setting the interest level and converting them into a Buyer. If a Listing has had a Web Lead added, you will see this on the Listing screen. You can then click into the Buyers screen and sort by 'Web Leads' to view them as a list.

Ability to see related contacts on App
It would be helpful to see a contact's related contacts on the mobile App. So when you meet them at opens you know both their names. Helps double handling putting it in the bio as well.
Both in the Contacts tab and when viewer a Buyer on a listing.

View vendor details on the App
At the moment our agents are only able to view the vendor details if they are listed as a consultant, but all of our agents from time to time need to have access if they are out and about with buyers and they want to view a property.
We understand that some agents/agencies wish to keep vendor details private, but if an agent has access to view listing vendors on the web app, they should have the same access on the mobile app.
