1. Send SMS from personal SIM

   I've previously used MRI Vault before and it had the capability to input a client's first name (with a entry field "$$firstname$$") in a message. This would go from the MRI vault app, to my phones messaging app, so that I could send the personalised SMS directly from my phone.

   This was extremely useful for a number of reasons:

   1) when I received a reply message I could see what message I sent them and who they are, and what they are replying to.

   2) I could use my own phone which has unlimited SMS and send longer messages.

   3) there was no limit to the number of bulk SMS I could send out at one time.

   Since moving from Vault to Box + Dice, this is one of the features I miss the most!
