Automated Task List Emailed Daily
As an agent I want my daily tasks emailed to me, I can then click on one and it takes me to the task in B+D to complete.

Task Note Type - Meeting
Could an additional Note Type be made available for an in-person Meeting as the current options (phone/email/sms/other etc) do not quite cater for this type of client interaction.

Click to SMS from task screen
When on the Contacts page and you click the mobile number, the sms box pops up. It would be handy for the box to pop up in the task manager screen too.

ACL for completed tasks
Our company has arranged that Tasks are not visible to all users unless they specifically share to each other because they work in a team. We do not want all users to see everyone's upcoming, scheduled and overdue tasks.
However when a user completes a task and adds comments into the completed task, we would like this to be visible to all.
At the moment because other users can't see these completed tasks it suggests that the contact has not been contacted and therefore open for another user to contact them.

Appointment Time Conflict Notification
Can we please have an alert pop-up when a user is trying to add in an appointment/OFI time at a time when there is already an appointment in their calendar (i.e. a calendar conflict is being created)? Thank you.

set OFIs at 15 min intervals
Could we please have an option to set OFIs at 15 min intervals from the drop down menu (rather than typing) made available? This is particularly applicable for rental listing OFIs.

Re-scheduling tasks in bulk
It would be great if there was a function in order to re-schedule tasks in bulk. Generally we have up to 15 tasks for a new listing and if circumstances change with time-frames, at present we have to change the date of each task individually. This would save a lot of time.

Colour Code calendar appointments

I would like to be able to further colour code my appointments.Details:
At the moment auctions, appraisal and inspections are colour coded in my calendar. I would love to be able to colour code ALL of my appointment types so they do not blur into one (and I would like control over the colours).So I can assign different tasks/appointment types different colours. For example, accounting tasks to be a different colour to sales tasks etc.
This feature will improve all of our staff's time and diary management.

Private Inspections Functionality
Currently, when you add an inspection… ie Open Home… you set date/time etc… and once added… B+D sends the attached agents an email with the iCal invite (to add to the Calendar).
When you do the above, and check Private Inspection on the pull down menu, it does the same (as above)… sends an iCal etc… but doesn’t allow for the user to add any details (ie Buyer via Contacts).
What we do currently is add the Inspection… Private Inspection… then add an Appointment for the same property at the same time.
Would be great if when selecting Private Inspection…

Auto Alert when Auctioneer is double booked
For example, when an auctioneer has been booked for two or more auctions at the same time, it would be great if an alert could be sent to the appropriate parties.
Currently the calendar allows for them to have two bookings at the same time with no alert or red flag.

Keep dates fixed at the top of the Inspections tab screen
When you go to the Inspections tab to add multiple property inspections, the first few are okay but if you scroll down the property list, the inspection dates that are at the top of the list, stay at the top of the page and disappear from view as you scroll down.
Can you make them always show so we don't have to keep checking we're clicking on the correct day?1 vote
