  1. As an administrator, I sometimes need to manage tasks for multiple agents in bulk or view all tasks assigned to specific contacts or dates, regardless of the consultant attached.

    The consultant field is currently mandatory and cannot be blank, nor can you select more than one consultant at a time.

    I would like the ability to deselect a consultant on the Task Filters, or select multiple consultants (eg, other pod team members) to enable more accurate filtering via other fields.

  4. If an agent forgets to hit upload to portals for an OFI they do still appear in the calendar, therefore thinking they have loaded them online.

    Can we please request that opens only appear in your calendar if they have been actually uploaded.

  5. We have always been able to download our Anniversary Letters to word but that feature has been discontinued. Many times the address (or names) needs to be amended which is not possible with PDF.

  6. We would like to add a "Follow Up SMS" button, similar to that of the "Check-In" button on the buyers list of a property. Once clicked, the bulk SMS template created in the automations section of Box+Dice will send to the buyers, and will also create an sms communication point against their name.

  7. When creating a new task I would like to be able to select a date that has less tasks to even out my workload.

    Currently I have to click into the date or have open in a secondary tab. It would be ideal when creating the task that hovering over potential due dates would show me how many tasks I already have on that date.

  9. As a Sales user
    I would like the ability to use a Letterhead template for library templates
    This will allow me to print library templates directly onto the electronically saved letterhead paper.

    Under, Settings - Library - Page Setup - + Add Page
    Once the parameters are set, allow staff to upload a letterhead template.

    When creating a library template and selecting the page setup, the template will automatically print, including the letterhead header and footer as outlined in the uploaded letterhead template from the page setup.

  10. When creating a new task, the property drop down menu shows random properties, not related to the contact, you have to search for the property, it would be ideal if the properties related to the contact showed in the drop down (and vice-versa).

  11. Client has a problem with reporting on task type and believes that if they were able to change the default Task Type to Phone (instead of generic 'Task') this would go a long way to helping behaviour change in their business.

    The largest proportion of entered tasks are to be phone calls, so they would like to be able to set this as a default task type when a new task is created. Many admin staff will fail to set the correct task type when doing so, and most agents will not change the task type when completing the task.

  12. Be able to add a single task but to multiple contacts, in the 'Contacts' view, the same way you can add a single category to multiple contacts.

    We would like to be able to do this so we can prospect better. For example, if you have 12 sales you want your sales team to call their prospective vendors about, you would be able to get someone in the admin team to search the contacts in the street, and set up tasks for that salesperson to call their clients. Similarly for just listed and auction invitation.

  13. Currently if we have more that 2 agents attending an OFI and want to have this entered into their calendar, we need to either
    - edit each appointment and manually add the extra agents to it
    - create a duplicate OFI and set the OFI reason as 'Property Run'

    It would be great to be able to add as many additional agents as we need into the Inspections modal.

  17. Could we please have the option to add an unlimited number of team members to an OFI time? At present it is limited to two consultants and the only way to add more to it is to have an additional OFI time added in. This however results in a duplicate time online if the agency is web portal loading from B+D. Thank you.
