  1. Update the System Logs to be able to show longer comments

    As an Admin user I want the system logs to have a "Show More" option on logs with longer text than currently displayed. This will allow agents with the ACL for View System logs to see all entries in full from the logs.

  2. Export Appraisal Pipeline to CSV

    As an Admin
    I would like the ability to export all my active appraisals to a CSV that do not have a future task on them.
    I need to be able to see what current appraisal still require some action to be taken.

    Currently, in the Appraisal Pipeline screen, you can see which appraisals do not have a task as it displays with a warning symbol.
    I would like to be able to filter for all appraisals that do not have a task and Export to csv

  3. Create filter item to search by Property Features

    As an agent
    I want a “Property Features” filter
    So that I can narrow my properties or listings results

    In the web app UI there is no ability to filter listings or properties to show results which have the ‘Mobility Friendly’ applied.

    Requirements

    For the following Elastic search screens:

    Properties - Prospecting,

    Sales - Listings

    Sales - Appraisals

    Rentals - Listing

    Rentals - Appraisal

    Within the filter group ‘Property Details’, add the following filter item:

    Property Features

    is known

    is unknown

    is any of

    is none of

    Add “Property Features” as a column option

  4. Column for tags in multple screens

    As an agent
    I want to see the property tags connected to my results in the sales and rental listing and appraisals screens
    So that I can export listing and appraisal results to csv including property tags

    Current State

    There is currently a filter option to search for listings that have property tags in the Properties, Projects, Sales Listing/Appraisals and Rentals Listing/Appraisals screens.

    Currently, on the properties screen, you can add the column of “Tags”

    Requirements

    Add “Tags ” as a column option for the following Elastic search screens:

    Sales - Listings

    Sales - Appraisals

    Rentals - Listing

  5. Create filter option to search by 'Study'

    As an agent
    I want to filter my properties and listings by study
    So that I can find all properties with a specific number of studies

    Current State

    On the properties, listings and rentals search screens, we can add columns for beds baths and cars

    More and more clients are requiring the study field as contacts enquire about studies when purchasing and renting properties as well as appraisals.

    Requirements

  6. Extend Land Size and House Size filters and columns

    As an agent
    I want a land and house size ES filter options for rental properties
    So that I can narrow my rental listing results

    Current State

    Filter and column options exist on Properties, Sales Appraisal and Sales Listing search screens

    Requirements

    For the following Elastic search screens:

    Rentals - Listing

    Rentals - Appraisal

    Within the filter group ‘Property Details’, add the following filter items:

    Landsize (sqm)

    House Size (sqm)

    Add “Land Size (sqm)” and “House Size” as a column option

    Match the existing behaviour on Properties, Sales Appraisal and Sales Listing search screens

  7. Listing filter for uploaded file types

    It would be handy to be able to filter for current listings that do/don't have particular file documents uploaded.
    For example I'm trying to find listings that don't have a contract and/or SOI attached so that can be rectified so agents out in the field can use them.

    Hi Supporters

    Users can now filter on our Sales and Rental listing search screens for listings which have a particular file uploaded, or find listings without that file. For example you can now find all your current listings which are missing a Statement of Information file:
