Mandatory Appraisal Data
We would like to option (say in Access Settings) to set (or not set) specific Appraisal data fields as mandatory. This will assist with reporting and forecasting.

Auto-alert for cancelled sale
As a system user, I would like my auto-alerts to differentiate between a withdrawn listing and a cancelled sale
The system identifies the Withdrawn and Cancelled as the same thing. When they are different. If you click Cancel Sale on a Not Settled listing, its status is changed to Sale Cancelled but functionally in the system this is the same as Listing Cancelled.
Typically if a sale falls over the listing will stay on the market, so the client expectation is that Cancel Sale should change the status back to Current, and remove all the sale information from the Sales…5 votes
