Make Days on Market count from original portal upload date
Days on market is currently counted from listed date when it should be days on the actual market. DOM count should begin from portal upload date, not listed date as properties are often listed weeks before they hit the market.

Allow Multiple Ad Copy sections for Window Cards
As an Admin
I would like the option to have multiple Ad Copy
To be available for my Window Cards that are printed from the CRM.Currently, there is only one space for Ad Copy. I would like it to show below

Appraisal date not showing for listed appraisals
After an appraisal has been listed, we can no longer view the original appraisal date, only the date listed.
When a compliance audit is being conducted, the auditor needs to be able to easily verify that – at the time of the appraisal – there was evidence of how the appraisal price was derived. They are looking to prove that there is no underquoting breach. This is not possible without the Appraisal Date being readily visible on a Listing.
Please can the 'Date' field visible in the Appraisals search screen be added to the screen of a listed Appraisal. That…4 votesHi Supporters
If you have listed the Appraisal via the List button in the blue menu, then the Listing will have an Appraisal tab to view the Appraisal date.

Manually update property map coordinates
Can you give us the feature ability within Box and Dice for us to amend map coordinates (either choosing a point on a map or typing in coordinates) when required?
This will allow us to give efficient correct service to our Vendors who entrust us on the campaigning of their properties, without needing to lodge and wait on completion of support tickets. Under Offer listing status
In the ACT & NSW, once we find a buyer for a property and then confirm an offer between the buyer and the seller; we then send out Sales Instructions/Advice to both solicitors for a contract preparation. From the date of the offer acceptance to Unconditional exchange of contracts period is around 14 to 21 working days. This period is commonly known as property being “Under Offer”.
There should be 2 new listing status options on the listing page;
