Re-add ”Keep Informed” note identifier
”Keep Informed” note identifier was removed from V4 in the Notes section of the Contact profile

Please re-add this back to the Notes Section against the contacts in the Buyer RegisterReason:
You can select all notes in order in a buyer register.
So you can easily select all buyers who wanted to be kept informed and call them.
So if there's a 100 buyers in the register I need to quickly find the 7 of them who asked to be kept Informed.2 votes -
As a database manager, I would like to be able to search for past communications with contacts by agent, date range, communication type, and
As an agent or database manager, I would like to be able to search for contacts who have had certain previous communications, for example to check whether the correct people had it sent to them, follow up, etc.
Desirable filters would include:
which agent(s) sent the communication
the type of communication (Letter, SMS, Email, Blast Email, history note)
a date range for the communication
text matching for the title/content of the communication

Mark a contact as Do Not Contact
As an agent I would like the option to be able to mark a contact as Do Not Contact, where we can retain all the information but they will be exempt from Email and SMS transactions both business and marketing.
This would be similar to marking the contact as deceased. If the same email and mobile are used in another contact and they match as a duplicate the same "Do Not Contact" tag should apply to them.

Including 'Property Areas' filter into the ‘Matching Contacts’ modal
The ‘Matching Criteria’ modal and filtering currently does not include the ability to filter results by Property Area.
Having the additional option to exclude or include contacts based off a 'property area' filter in the ‘Matching Criteria’ seems like a worthwhile enhancement.
To be able to correctly use this feature when Property Area(s) have been added with buyer matching criteria, there could be an additional option added to enable filtering by ‘Property Areas’ (to function the same way as the ‘Suburb’ option).

Easily see repeat inspection attendance
Would it be possible to implement a way to easily identify buyers who have attended more than one inspection at a property?
Currently you can only filter to see those buyers who have attended at least one of any selection of past OFI dates.

As a database manager, I would like to be able to link a Contact to multiple Businesses
If a particular contact in the database is a director of 2 companies, I want to enter both those companies into the system and mark my contact as related to both of them.
Currently, once a contact is related to one Business (Company contact), you cannot add another Business.
If you add the related contact via the Company contact screen, it will remove that contact from any previous Business (Company contact).

Entering contacts who are couples
The current process of entering two contacts who are a couple (or some other relationship) is cumbersome. They have to both be created independently and then linked by adding a relationship between them. Could this be streamlined?

Restore the ability to print an email from the contact history
As an admin user I'd like to be able to print sent emails from the contact history in Box+Dice so I can include them in the file.
This function existed prior to the Align update.
When you go back to the email in the contact card, you can see the date and time it was sent but not the content. When you open the email you can see the content but not the date and time it was sent.
A print button is available when you first send the email, but once you close the modal it is never available…

Search for Rental matching price criteria in the Contacts screen
When searching for Matching Criteria for a Rental Contact, the columns available have Price From and Price To.
When wanting to know a contacts Rental price to and from it would be benefical if we can see this in this screen

Unprocessed Lead Captures - filter by Office
When you go to More - Lead Capture, you see "There are X Lead Capture enquiries that need attention"
Some clients have multiple offices,
As an agent, it would be beneficial to only see the Leads that are linked to properties in my own office

Automatic selection of second contact relationship
It would be handy if once you added a relationship type to one person, that the other person's relationship be automatically prefilled based on what has been selected. (With the ability to manually override)
For example 'Husband' > prefill 'Wife'; 'Partner' > prefill 'Partner'

Add profile picture to contacts
There should be capacity to upload a photo to a contact's profile (this is 2021 after all!). We should be able to link social media profiles to a contact and communicate with them via social media links.
Please allow the functionality of clicking a contact's name to access their details, rather than just their silhouette!1 vote -
Configurable Common Notes
As an agent who regularly contacts my client database and adds notes to their timelines, I find I am often entering the same note text over and over again for similar scenarios.
I would like to be able to configure my own custom list of common Notes so I can choose one from a drop-down list rather than have to type it out in full.
Similar in function to how I can select the note type from a drop-down list, however I want to be able to configure the list myself as I can for Sources.

Allow office-specific categories
Could it be considered to allow a user with the necessary access permissions to select which offices a Category should be made visible to?
In databases where there are multiple offices linked to the same database, it is a common issue to find either:
a) a large number of categories in use as the different offices want/need different categories to be able to group their clients effectively
b) a number 'X' categories that need to be used to keep the total number of categories down (for example, one office will use a category called X-1 to indicate their Bayside Newsletter…

View Buyer Engagement in Buyer Register
Would it be possible to be able to view, sort and filter in the Buyer Register those buyers who have 'engaged' with a listing; meaning buyers who have clicked on the listing from a Blast email.
This would allow agents to see which buyers have been introduced to the property from their database and also re-target those buyers and gauge their interest in the property based on the number of times the property is clicked on from the Blast email(s).

Option to display Notes against the tagged contact or property
It would be great when entering a note against a contact where you have tagged the property they own, to have the option of also showing/copying that note to that property screen history; and vice versa.

Tenant registration on website
It would be super amazing to have a "Register" button for tenants to register their attendance at an open via our GRAB website; with a view to allow functions such as pressing one button to notify tenants that an open has been changed or cancelled.

Access general notes on buyer reporting
It would be very beneficial if there were a way to include general contact notes on buyer reports, rather than only buyer notes related to the specific listing I am working from.
This will give me a fuller, more comprehensive view of their real estate journey without needing to navigate back and forth between the buyer leads screen and the main contact screen.1 vote -
Business Plan Prospecting Tool
I would like to suggest improving a pipeline feature within box&dice.
When you enter an appraisal it gives you the option to include ‘expected commission’, ‘expected close date’ & ‘close likelihood’ being: remote (25%) possible (50%) likely (75%) and definite (100%)
I would like this data to be able to be used in line with the business plan function through the staff card.
So in the business planning area where you can see on a monthly basis; budget, actual and variance – I think there should be a ‘potential’ column based on the pipeline information put in at the point…
