Add an appraisal type field
It would be great to have an option in the appraisal screen to add the type. eg A (hot), B (warm) or C(cold).
This would help with tracking the type of appraisals agents are going to and check their performance. If an agent is losing all their A appraisals to another company, then maybe they need more training, need to take a more senior person to the appointment with them etc.
It would also be used to measure an agent’s performance – if we have expectations that they will attend so many A B & C appraisals per month.
