Colour Code calendar appointments

I would like to be able to further colour code my appointments.
Details:
At the moment auctions, appraisal and inspections are colour coded in my calendar. I would love to be able to colour code ALL of my appointment types so they do not blur into one (and I would like control over the colours).
So I can assign different tasks/appointment types different colours. For example, accounting tasks to be a different colour to sales tasks etc.
This feature will improve all of our staff's time and diary management.
