Property Manager related automation from REA web enquiries
When a client enters contact data on realestate.com.au there is a field titled "Which best describes you?" with a drop down selection of six options, one option is "Investor".
Some automation features to be flagged from this would be very helpful for Property managers; for example:
when Lead Capture data is fed from REA and this Investor selection has been made, Box and Dice has a recordable and reportable field to capture this contact as Investor.
an auto-alert to be sent to a Box and Dice User that can be selected as a separate Staff Member User than the Sales Agent that will be assigned/attached to the contact record.
the ability for two separate Task Templates to be auto-enabled, one for the Sales Agent and a separate one for the PM Staff Member.
