Make the Work Order search more user-friendly
Could use this as a great tool for monitoring and following up work orders. However, it just freezes and you can't put anything in date order etc

In the Property under the Options tab can you enable Commission on the Maintenance to be adjusted as we can on for Management.
In the Property under the Options Tab, can the Maintenance % be enable so it can be adjusted in the same way the Management % can.

Search Functionality - for phone numbers, email addresses, additional tenants
Ability to search phone numbers, email addresses, additional tenants etc..

Current Property Screen - Total properties depending on view
When a Property Manager is logged in and company portfolio is turned off (so they are only viewing their own proeprties when they click 'Current Properties' it would be great if the total properties at the top was only their total and not the total for the whole compamny portfolio

Update the email log in system reports to identify when an owner, supplier or tenant has marked palace emails as Spam and confirm if the email has been successfully received at the recipient end.

Occupancy report changed back to how it was
Have the start date of occupancy monthly rather than when the property was taken on.

Include 'date received' on bond held report
If MBIE starts auditing businesses and charging fines for bonds not lodged within 23 working days' of the money having been received (not the tenancy start date), it'd be helpful if Palace could amend the 'bonds held' and 'bonds not fully paid' reports to include the date the funds were received and not just the tenancy start date. The infringement offence is up to $3000 and exemplary damages up to $1500 for this

Forwarded Charges / Reminders report
There is currently no way to search which charges have been forwarded without being processed (eg. inspection charges, admin fees etc). It would be good to be able to check these somehow, either with a report, or in the change log. If the forward button is clicked in error instead of the process button there is no "are you sure" button to click stop, and no way to undo it or find out which charges were forwarded so you can manually enter them again if they were forwarded in error.
1 voteYou can view this information in the change log (under System > System Reports). To easily filter this report, enter the word "forward" into the text filter field before generating the report.

Being able to run a report for Properties Diary Alerts
This would be very useful to be able to quickly see what alerts are still relevant and what alerts can be deleted without having to click into each property
