When in Task Manager, you should have the option on the heading of "Property" to click and organize your property Suburbs into alphabetical order.
You have options already under Contact and Subject/Date only.
This means you can focus and make calls in one suburb only. At the moment you need to hunt through manually to find contacts in each suburb.
