It would be helpful to have a portal so that search agents can log in and do their searches remotely. Our usual process has in the past been to have the search agent come into the office and use a staff members desktop to search the records.

Searching of records was made very difficult as many businesses transitioned to working from home during covid-19.

We had a search agent come in this morning, who advised that all our competitors have a portal that they can log into (we are the only company in our area that uses rockend)
