Emailing documents from fileSMART Archive
At the moment, the PDF attached has a series of letters and numbers as the name of the document. Can that be changed to something recognisable so we don't have to open the file to know what it is?

This causes us a massive headache with remote searches. When we export the files the filename is a series of jumbled letters and numerals which means the search agent has to open every document to find what they are looking for. They get incredibly frustrated and angry. All our searches are done remotely and this is an issue. We need to add an export function that changes file name based on metadata.
Then search agents will be able to know what the document is. -

Attached files come with a filesmart number instead of being able to easily identify what is being sent. Option to name the file you are sending and possibly saving to a drive as well would assist with not having to rename them so you know what it is

This would be extremely handy if it mentioned it in a format that would include something along the lines of an Invoice for Example - SP####-Creditor-Invoice No. or Doc Type-Date. This information being taken from the Archive Tags. I understand there isn't an invoice no. tag but I'm hoping there will be one in the future.
