Because most scanned documents in FileSMART Archive are portrait A4, it would make more sense to maximise the layout of the screen area. By moving the “Workflow” section to be a vertical section, more of the A4 page could be displayed in the remaining space. You could possibly also have the “Document Data”, “Work History” and “Invoice” tabs all listed vertically underneath each other so you don’t have to click between them to see or enter the various information. Certainly having the Document Data and Invoice info on the same screen would be helpful. The best solution would be so each user could drop and drag the various parts of the screen around to suit their personal preference.
