    When in filesmart workflow. It would be helpful if there was a search function to limit what shows to individual properties.

    Good Afternoon Supporters,

    Thank you for voting for the suggestion in File Smart for a Workflow Search. Did you know that when in Workflow, if you select the filter button, and then select a workflow type e.g. ‘Strata Invoice Processing’ you are then able to filter by Manager, Plan Number and Creditor?

    OCR ability to automatically detect plan number, invoice number and other details. To minimise manual Data entry of invoices.

  3. save info to archive

    It would be helpful to be able to save information to Filesmart to archived tenants etc.
