  1. When opening Labels > Lots tab > and entering criteria the same 70+ columns open whether Owner, Agent, Resident are selected. Could a configure of the columns be provided, as in Quick Reports, where the columns can be reduced to those required?

  2. Levies Due Report does not show financial groups. Only shows the main group OC1. If corp has multiple groups ie OC1, OC2, OC3 etc, the additional groups will not appear.

  3. It would be great to have outstanding submeter invoices included when doing debt recovery/reminder notices. At the moment, if an owner has say $60 of outstanding electricity usage it is not picked up when 'min amount in arrears' is set to say $30.

  4. It would be nice to have a simple way to receipt EFTPOS receipts. Currently, we are receipting in the cheque section but we then need to amend our bank deposit forms by hand (which doesn't look great). Not sure if there may already be an easier way to receipt?

  6. If a manager has entered a dissection for payment and this has been missed by accounts payable in the File Smart Creditor Invoices screen the invoice should become 'Invalid' until accounts payable has completed the dissection so this dissection cannot be missed.

  7. Is it possible to create the ability for a secondary p[ortal login for each strata lot? this would be useful for realestate agents (to get by-laws and other documents) as well as allow dual owners to access the lot and have an audit trail of who has requested changes to the contact info etc. in some cases where married owners split and it is not amicable we have had one owner go into the protal and update contact info so that the other owner is not aware and does not recevie levies etc.

  8. An OC with multiple OC's that is setup as one Corp should have the ability to save multiple committees and email them individually. This should allow you to bulk email each OC separately, eg email all members of OC1 only, OC2 only etc.

  10. Accounting – Charge Quantity Management Fees – unable to select a ‘Group’ so can only charge OC 1 expenses. Should have the ability to select a different group, eg OC1, OC2 or OC3 for Multiple OC's within one Corp.

  11. We currently have a strata plan with both peak and off-peak charges included in their meter readings. It would be great to be able to issue a sub-meter invoice to include these on one invoice rather than having to run the process twice and confuse owners with two invoices for the same period.
    Could an additional line and calculation be included on the sub-meter invoicing screen to capture both of these? Thanks

  12. Currently the process of excluding an owner from debt recovery to allow for a payment plan on a special levy results in that owner not receiving reminders for any stage on their regular quarterly levies.
    To alleviate this issue I suggest that we be able to exclude a specific levy from debt recovery if a payment plan has been arranged and this will allow all other levies be subjected to the normal debt recovery process

  13. It would be great if we could choose between email addresses that can be used in SM. ie to send levies , an email addy that starts with levies @ . To send notices or correspondence an email that starts with info @ it allows admin dept to better manage the email boxes and separate account enquires from general enquiries .

  14. We were wondering if there can be different categories to put funds on hold. There are a few things that may require larger than normal funds eg: insurance, major building works etc. If you have a Special Levy in place, you can use the reserved funds to put those funds aside but if you start adding other items it may be a little confusing for some people. Just a thought, thank you

  16. Currently there is only a file card for Main Owner Contact. There is a space to write the developer & builders details but only a small amount of text. Developer & Builder should have a file card so details can easily be accessible.

  17. A acknowledgement that is generated when a committee member (approver) submits they Yes / No decisions for invoice approvals on the approvals screen. At the moment committee members are advising they have selected yes to pay each invoice and pressed submit but there is no acknowledgement that their vote has been received. a simple "your submission has been received" pop up box when pressing submit would be useful.

  18. With there being no option to delete a Diary entry, how to we deal with errors/ mistakes? It would be beneficial to at least have an option to move a diary entry to a different OC, should a mistake occur.

  20. We have been asking for DD facility for NZ clients for years, I really hope that this will roll out to NZ during 2021
    This is something our clients continuously ask for, and it would certainly help with debt collection and off shore owners.
