In the messages button, why is there not an option to e-mail all occupants if there is an option to e-mail all owners.

It should be easier to send out correspondence to different groups of people e.g. tenants, agents, owners, owner occupiers. We want to be able to attach a newsletter to our levy notices, but we do not want to send this to other property managers, as we do not want to educate them. We currently have to sort through all the levy notices and separate them into different groups. With over 600 properties this is a very time consuming task. It is even more complicated when it comes to the e-mail versions.
