  1. Currently there is only space for 15 x characters for an invoice number. Can this be increased as we receive some invoices that have over 15 characters in their invoice number.

  3. When exporting to .csv the Strata Roll information from Formatted Reports it left aligned; Please rewrite the Export functionality to csv to improve formatting issues like the one above.

  4. It would be great to be able to have staff have the ability to filter reminders by their name i.e. who is to action the work. Currently the reminders only bring through the manager and that manager might have 3 or 4 assistants that action work

  6. It would be beneficial to have another date input in the 'enter other options and details' that allows you to backdate or forward date the due date that is reflected on the debt recovery notice, not related to the 'calculate interest to' date.

  8. Include additional permission options in the corporation screen to restrict admin staff from making sensitive changes to the various fields in the corporation screen while still giving them permission to make changes to the notes tab.

  9. Whilst online voting is activated for general meetings, can we open it up to include Vote Outside Committee (VOC) meetings as these are frequent and common in QLD. It's essentially a voting paper that is just sent to the committee members to vote.

    Whilst we can manipulate Strata Master to use a general meeting template, we need it to appear on the portal under committee meetings (and be identified as such)

  13. Have the option to issue one service instead of all for the corporation. eg. issue only electricity submetered invoices. Currently, if you need to issue submeter invoices through the levy wizard, you have to issue the invoices for all services that are setup for that corporation.

  14. The ability to untick a report on the global settings (Access to particular reports) but can still show that report for Strata Plans (Reports by plan).
    Currently, if a report is untick on the global settings, it cannot be configured for a particular Strata Plan.

  15. An automated message to let un-financial Owners know they are in arrears and unable to vote at the upcoming meeting. This should have the functionality to be adjusted re how many days before hand and possibly even an exclusion option on an Owners contact card.

  16. AUTO-PRESENT BPAY PAYMENTS (CBA)

  18. I think it would be great if you were given the option to choose a letter template when clicking the Word button on the lot owners card, rather than having to go through the mail merge function and select the one lot.

  19. Ability to exclude all additional email addresses in 1 go when sending bulk email via the communication wizard instead of having to untick each of them. This is time-consuming when doing it for large Strata Plans

  20. It would be nice if there were at least 2 spots for tenant information. Often a unit has been split into 2 with 2 different tenants and details.
