Tenant Portal - Transactions limitation note
We note the tenant portal/full ledger section says that they can access transactions back to the start of their tenancy however we have many tenants who have rented through our agency for over seven years. Would it be possible to have an additional line “Please note, only the last 7 years transactions are available”.
