Option to not set the paid to dates until lease information is confirmed
As the nature of commercial leasing goes, we tend to get leases with start dates subject to DA applications.
The problem with this, is that once we enter the tenancy in REST, it will set the paid to date as of the date we input the tenancy.
Thus, having to keep changing the paid to date (messing up the ledger in the process), so that the tenancy doesn’t appear on arrears report.
Is it possible that you could implement a checkbox that will disable paid to dates until a Lease Date is given.
This would ensure that reporting of properties/tenancies is smooth and accurate.
