    To add to this, I have just spent an hour re-scheduling inspections over the Christmas/New year period. An absolute waste of my time.

    Starting to get extremely frustrated with the 'automated scheduling' of inspections, why does it not allow you to block out periods and they keep getting scheduled on public holidays, this defeats the purpose of 'automated scheduling' as you need to monitor the inspection dates all year, so it's actually creating more work for PM's just like so many other features on Property Tree.

    Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

    Exactly it has been over 3 years since the request was put in, if outdated software's can provide this feature why is it so difficult for it to be included?
