If this is put in, I think it needs to be able to be customised to the company as we all work differently with the template and how it gets sent out etc. Or even option to not send to a tenant (for example if there is a payment plan in place).

Agreed - when using check out feature - would be good to have a note section next to the agent and or contractor for information of person within company who handed it to and why was issued.
