Email Designer: Send Directly to a Single Contact
Add the ability to search for and select a single contact directly within Email Designer, without requiring a Contact Saved Filter.
This would make it easier to send an Email Designer email to an individual contact while still retaining the associated email tracking and reporting functionality.

We are happy to let you know that this functionality is already available in Box+Dice.
From the contacts screen, select the contact(s) you want to send the Email Designer to. Click Email Blast and select Create email from template, this will then allow you to create and send the Email Designer template/email to a single contact is required.

adding a name field to bulk communication
A feature that allows you to insert a text field (ie. <contact first name>) in communications. This text field would the relevant text field into the communication.
As far as I am aware, at the moment there is no ability to include things such as a contact's name in bulk communications. Having an option to insert a text field such as this would allow for messages to be more personalised.

As a heavy user of auto-alerts where different staff deal with different steps in a sale, I would like additional fields to be available
We would like to improve an auto alert we have and in order to do so we need more information:
Specifically the trigger is category added. Essentially we only have the Contact Name as a means to know who this is related to so can we get some more fields available:
Phone numbers
Email address
Maybe client ID so we can build a link (is that possible) or even just a link to the contact would be excellent!
Contact (and thus their phone, email, etc) is linked if the alert is set to create a Task, however there are many…1 voteThis Feature already exists

As a database manager I would like more options available for data export limits
As a database manager of a larger organisation, I would like more options available than the current ones which are
- no permission
- up to 500 records
- unlimitedFor example, I would like to be able to set my own custom limits for each different access level or even individual staff member.

Customise bulk SMS to come from Company Name
Is there any way we can customise our bulk SMS messages to appear that they have come from "Company Name" instead of coming from just an agent's phone number?

Auto alert notifications hyperlinked to contacts or listings
Please can we request that an auto alert set up with a contact name or property could be click-able and take you to the contact or property in Box + Dice.

Include related contacts when sending an SMS
It would be so great if we had the functionality to add in the related contact(s) to the SMS being sent.
For example add the relationship selection box available in the Library onto the send SMS box
Going into library and sending an SMS from there is too many steps for the agents.1 vote
