  1. A feature that allows you to insert a text field (ie. <contact first name>) in communications. This text field would the relevant text field into the communication.

    As far as I am aware, at the moment there is no ability to include things such as a contact's name in bulk communications. Having an option to insert a text field such as this would allow for messages to be more personalised.

  2. We would like to improve an auto alert we have and in order to do so we need more information:
    Specifically the trigger is category added. Essentially we only have the Contact Name as a means to know who this is related to so can we get some more fields available:
    Phone numbers
    Email address
    Maybe client ID so we can build a link (is that possible) or even just a link to the contact would be excellent!
    Contact (and thus their phone, email, etc) is linked if the alert is set to create a Task, however there are many…

  3. As a database manager of a larger organisation, I would like more options available than the current ones which are
    - no permission
    - up to 500 records
    - unlimited

    For example, I would like to be able to set my own custom limits for each different access level or even individual staff member.

  4. Is there any way we can customise our bulk SMS messages to appear that they have come from "Company Name" instead of coming from just an agent's phone number?

  5. It would be so great if we had the functionality to add in the related contact(s) to the SMS being sent.

    For example add the relationship selection box available in the Library onto the send SMS box
    Going into library and sending an SMS from there is too many steps for the agents.
