  1. Include video URL links when portal loading listing to TradeMe

    As a selling agent in New Zealand
    I want video URL links to be included when I upload my listings to TradeMe
    So that the links appear within my sales listing advertisement on the TradeMe platform

    Requirements

    When a listing’s office is located in New Zealand, display additional fields in the listing’s “Load & Web” section:

    TRADEME - YOUTUBE URL

    Maps to: YouTubeVideoKey

    TRADEME - 3D TOUR

    Maps to: Approved3DTourURL

    If these fields are populated, include them in the portal upload to TradeMe.

  2. Commercial Lead Capture - Domain Only

    As BDAdmin
    I want Domain listing enquires to be sourced from the Domain API instead of email parsing
    So that BD does not rely on old-tech methods

  3. Configurable Option for Auto-Push to Web Portals

    A common request during training sessions is for an option to be made available to automatically push any changes made to a listing to the web portals. This is particularly requested for OFI times.

    Not all agencies will necessarily want these changes to be published automatically so a configurable option allowing the office to choose if they do/do not want all changes to be pushed (or perhaps an option for just OFI times to be auto-pushed) would be ideal. Thank you.
