  1. EFT Number on End of Month Report & Payments Journal

    Could we please have the EFT Number generated when making a trust payment displayed on the EOM Report and Payments Journal report? At present it is only the Payment Reference Number which is displayed.

    This would make it much easier for auditors to be able to cross-reference the EFT Reference Numbers used with ABA files against the bank statement when completing their audit.

    We appreciate your input. User Voice suggestions are constantly reviewed and used when revising our product roadmap.

    Given the complexity of the B+D solution this Suggestion cannot be considered at this time.

    Should it become viable in the future, we will reopen it to the community.
