Bulk Update Listing and Appraisal office
As a Franchise Admin user, I would like to be able to update the Listing and Appraisal office if a staff member transfers from one office to another to reflect new office.
This would assist in making the Consultant Move tool much more effective when run as it moves the activity consultant but not the Listing or Appraisal office.
Not having the office activity moved with the consultant activity negatively impacts our reporting, filtering and electronic communication and we'd love to see this fixed. Thanks!

The ability to search by property style/building material
When trying to find matching properties for a new buyer, to have the ability to search the properties screen by suburb, number of beds, material etc would be a huge benefit. Eg show me all the 4 bed weatherboard properties in Surrey Hills.

Character Count on Ad Copy for Window Brochures
As an Admin
I would like to have a character count on the Ad Copy
To have a standard character length per listingBusiness Case: when Ad copy is added to the Master Ad Copy from getting cut off on window cards due to the character limit.

Stop deleting OFIs when a Purchaser is added!
As a Sales Admin in Victoria (where Under Offer properties may be Opened for Inspection) I would like to have the option to not delete future inspections automatically when a Purchaser is added to the Listing as our agents often keep showing the property until the sale is unconditional so that I don't have to recreate all the inspections which wastes time and risks error.
Perhaps a popup which asks if future opens should be deleted once the purchaser is added?
And maybe the option to enable/disable the popup based on the office's preferences/local rules.

Keep or remove a listing's inspections when adding purchasers. When adding a purchaser to a Current or Not Settled listing with scheduled inspections, a new modal allows users to either remove or keep future inspections before proceeding to add purchasers. This update streamlines the user journey and ensures clients can keep hosting inspections while waiting for an under-offer listing to reach its actual unconditional date.

Vendor Reports - Simple and Advanced - agent and the times of the comments removed
Hi there,
When generating a vendor report for a property that's on the market (either a "simple" or normal) it now shows the agent who has made the comments under each buyer and the "simple" version also shows the time of the comment made. Could we please request for the names of the agent and the times of the comments removed? The agents are always adding comments later in the day after conversations are made in the morning or also have other agents making comments and would feel better if these things are not visible to the client when sending.…2 votesHi Supporters

Draft Web Listing Preview Link
During a recent training session it was requested for an option to be made available that allows a user to generate a Draft Web Listing before pushing a property through to the web. This should provide a URL link that the user can share with the Vendor/Landlord and make any changes before publishing live online.
Where the client has a Grab website the listing should appear in their Grab Website format. Where the client does not have a Grab website, perhaps a standard Box+Dice web listing format could be made available as generating a draft listing for REA/Domain etc would…9 votesHi Supporters

Ability to download or delete images in bulk
Currently if I need to delete all images from a property or listing, or transfer them to a different one because of user error, I can only delete or download them one at at a time.

Add Merge Properties Function
As a consultant I would like to be able to merge duplicate properties so that I can see the whole history of a property against one record and I don’t have to look at (eg) different spellings of the street name to find the whole story.

Rental Appraisals
Creation of Rental Appraisal screen similar to Sales Appraisals
I would love the same functionality for rental appraisals as we do for sales in the whiteboard.
At the moment, you can only search a list of appraisals, then have to copy it across to a spreadsheet to track dates etc. the double handling of this is too time consuming.
Rentals are just as important as sales and to be able to track the amount as we do with sales would be great.

Increase image limit to 35
As the major real estate website in Australia, REA allow for up to 35 images.

Work with property tags in bulk
Similar to how contact categories work, I would like to be able to bulk add and bulk remove Tags from properties. Currently this can only be done one property at a time.
