  1. Sending communication from dashboard to tenants -

    Sending communication from dashboard to tenants - ie Expiring leases, over due rent.
    Could you please add the tenants 'invoice media' so we know if we need to email them, send a letter or if set to none we know they are vacating and not to send them anything. Sending communication from the dashboard isn't user friendly without this field.

  2. Dashboard > Invoice tab

    Add the property keep back this month field as a new column beside the Owner Balance column in the invoices tab under Dashboard.
